LEOSS, Inc. does FFL transfers for online purchases from AUCTION ARMS, GUNBROKER or GUNSAMERICA.  If you need a firearm transferred from in or out of the State of Ohio, we would be happy to assist you.

Just e-mail us the name, address and fax number of the person or company who is shipping you the firearm and we will go from there  LEOSS, Inc. only charges $20.00 (U.S.) for each inbound transfer and $40.00 (U.S.) which includes the cost of shipping for outbound transfers.

Per BATFE regulations, handguns may only be shipped via common carrier, (i.e.; UPS, DHL, etc.) and MAY NOT be shipped via USPS unless special steps by the FFL are taken.  Please see the web site of the carrier of your choice for their individual regulations.

Firearms should only be shipped from one FFL holder to another.  Most FFL holders will not even accept firearms from Non-FFL holders. If they do, you should always include a legible copy of your drivers license with the firearm for tracking purposes.  Save yourself the trouble...let LEOSS, Inc. do the work for you!!

Long guns (shotguns and  rifles) may still be shipped via USPS and may be shipped by individuals that do not have an FFL, but may ONLY be received by an FFL Holder.

LEOSS, Inc. DOES accept firearms from Non-FFL holders, but we REQUIRE that a legible copy of the shipper's driver's license or State Identification Card be included with the firearm for tracking purposes. The shipper may feel free to block out their SSN, home address and picture if they deem necessary, but we at least need to see the full name and ID number. If not, the firearm will not be transferred to the intended recipient. If you have any questions or concerns, you may feel free to contact us at any time.

LEOSS, Inc. is NOT a storage facility. Any firearm transfered into LEOSS, Inc. must be picked up within 30 days. Any firearm recieved and left unclaimed for more than 30 days without prior approval will be considered abandoned and property of LEOSS, Inc.
